Nadat Matt Redman in 2013 onder andere twee GRAMMY awards heeft gewonnen voor zijn album '10.000 reasons' en de gouden status heeft behaald met zijn gelijknamige single brengt hij dan nu eindelijk zijn langverwachte vervolg uit. Net zoals eerder '10.000 Reasons' is nu ook 'Your Grace Finds Me' live opgenomen tijdens de grote Passion conference in Atlanta (VS).
